In order to keep track of your tenants in InCheck you will first need to make sure that you have added Units for each building. Here are instructions for how to Add or Modify Units in a Building.
Once your units have been added, click on Tenants from the left-hand menu. Use the Filter button to select the property needed, and click Apply Filters.
Now all units for that property will be listed.
To change or add tenant information, click into the Unit that you want to update. To add a new tenant, Click Add Tenant. To make any changes to an existing tenant, such as adding contact information or deleting the tenant, click on the pencil icon.
