How Can I Show I've Installed or Repaired a Tenant's Window Guards?

SiteCompli notifies you when a tenant has responded that they need new window guards installed or their current window guards replaced. 

You can take an action in SiteCompli to show that you’ve addressed your tenant’s window guard needs. 

To show you've repaired or installed window guards:

1. Click Services from the left-hand menu
2. Click Safety Notice Mailings
3. Click View Responses next to the desired property
4. Click the small plus sign to expand the details of the unit you inspected
5. Click Take Action under Window Guards

Users on InCheck have a number of tools to document window guard installations and further required action. Clicking Trigger Workflow will create a inspection record and an associated task:

The assignee of the task will be able to locate the task under My Tasks

Once the Window Guards have been Installed/Repaired, and the associated task has been completed the response record will be updated to reflect this new information:
