What is SiteCompli MetroAI?
MetroAI is SiteCompli’s built-in AI helper, who can:
- Surface different views of NYC compliance data
- Provide compliance best practices and vetted, approved industry information
- Share SiteCompli’s latest industry updates and blog posts
MetroAI is currently in an open beta, and is intended to provide general commentary on compliance matters. It does not constitute legal advice. For specific guidance and to ensure compliance, please consult qualified legal counsel.
What data can MetroAI access now?
MetroAI can help provide details on the following data sets:
- DOB Violations
- As of 9/18/26, DOB-OATH violations are not yet part of MetroAI
- HPD Violations
- FDNY Notices of Violation
- Additional OATH Violations, including DSNY, DOT, DOHMH, and DEP

What can I do with MetroAI?
MetroAI can help you with a number of things:
- Pulling together data (including charts and graphs) for specific compliance questions
- Building custom Dashboards to save specific portfolio views
- Sharing Dashboards and data with team members
- Answering questions on how you can stay in compliance
- Reviewing the latest updates and information from the SiteCompli blog
How can I access MetroAI?
As of September 2026, MetroAI is in open beta – you can request to be part of the beta testing by asking your Customer Success Manager.
Teams with properties outside of NYC will be able to add MetroAI to their account later on in 2026.
MetroAI will be available to all SiteCompli and InCheck users at a later date.
Are there specific permissions for MetroAI?
MetroAI can be turned on for all users within an account who have a SiteCompli login, and can access their account via a web browser. Mobile Only users cannot currently have access.
MetroAI will only show you information for buildings you have access to in your portfolio. That includes user-specific access for select buildings within an account.
Dashboards and widgets can be shared via MetroAI within a team/account only. Users cannot access MetroAI outside of SiteCompli or InCheck.
How can I navigate through MetroAI?
You can access MetroAI by clicking its icon in the lower right hand corner of your screen.
From there, you can:
- Begin a new conversation
- New conversations are where you can ask MetroAI for help creating new data views (graphs and charts – known as “Tiles”) for your Dashboards
- Click the Search Icon to view past conversations
- Click the Dashboard Icon to view existing Dashboards or create a new one
- Please note – you may need to refresh your Dashboard (by clicking on the Refresh Data button) to see updated information
What are some ideas for using MetroAI?
Here are some ways beta testers have been using MetroAI:
- Creating a Dashboard to monitor specific information for watchlist/critical properties
- Assessing changes in information over time
- Tracking patterns and trends for properties and/or devices
