Teams can require users to add photos, comments, or create a Work Order based on their response to a question in an Inspection.
Here’s what it looks like for users in the InCheck Mobile App:
- Once they select a response, they’ll see a red notice. This lets them know they'll need to take additional action here
- The required action will be starred so they know what to do
- After they complete the action, the notice will turn green letting them know they’re all good.
How To Enable
Admins can enable these settings for individual questions directly from their Form Builder.
Navigate to an individual question. From there, select Require Question and Score Answers by Outcome.
From there, select which answers you’d like to Flag.
Then you can require a Comment, Photo, a Work Order, or any combination of the three options:
In the above example, when a user selects No, the answer is flagged. They’ll be required to add a comment to save their response and move on with the inspection.
