If you’d like to clean up outdated work that hasn’t been completed, you can auto-archive Tasks that were created after a certain number of days.
Under Settings, InCheck Admins can navigate to:
- Company
- Company Information
Scroll down to view Company Settings.
From there, you can click the gray circle next to Auto-Archive Tasks to turn on the auto-archive feature:
If this circle is green, you’ll know the feature is on.
Tasks can be auto-archived a specific number of days after their creation date. You can select that timeframe by typing your preferred number of days directly into the box, or by dragging the slider to fill the box with a number.
Clicking SAVE will give you two options:
- Waiting to begin the archive process until later that night. We’ll archive any Tasks that meet your criteria nightly going forward.
- Starting the archive process now. Any future Tasks that meet this criteria will be archived during our nightly process.
You can turn off this feature at any time by clicking the circle and turning it gray.
Archived tasks will not appear in reporting, or be immediately visible in the UI (unless filtered for).
