For Violation Order copies: Navigate to FDNY > Violation Orders and note the Attached Files column on the right side of the list view page. Any time a paperclip is shown, a Violation Order copy may be available for that record. Click into the record to expand it, and click into the PDF under the Files tab to view the copy. Violation Order PDFs will begin with the issued year, and include the record name (VO number) in the file name.
For Notice of Violation copies from OATH: Navigate to FDNY > Violations, and click on the record to expand it. Click the Request Violation Image link. If FDNY/OATH has made the copy available, you can access it immediately. The copy will remain attached to the record going forward.
For Supplemental Pages: Navigate to FDNY > Violations and note the Attached Files column on the right side of the list view page. Any time a paperclip is shown, supplemental pages may be available for this record. Click into the record to expand it, and click into the PDF under the Files tab to view the copy. Supplemental Page PDFs begin with the Violation Number and include the words "fdny_summons" along with the issue date.
Why is there documentation for some of my FDNY violations and not others?

Supplemental Pages
SiteCompli is bringing in all Supplemental Pages available via the FDNY's latest sources. To that end, this violation may not have a related Supplemental Page.
