FDNY Data Changes

Nearing the end of 2021, the FDNY began using a new record-keeping system as part of their ongoing FDNY Business website rollout. This change has impacted the public’s ability to collect the most recent information for compliance status (corrections) of Notice of Violations, updates to specific Permit Account information, and the issuance of new Criminal Summonses. All other FDNY information that we provide, such as the issuance of new Notice of Violations and their related OATH hearing and fine data, and the issuance of new Violation Orders and their compliance/correction status, is up to date in the system.
