How Can I View Tenant Responses?

To view your tenant responses to annual safety mailings:

1. Click Services from the left-hand menu
2. Click Safety Notice Mailings
3. Click View Responses next to any building address
4. Click the small plus sign to expand the details of any response

You can download a scanned copy of the tenant's response in the Files section. 

To view responses from a previous year, use the tabs at the top to switch between mailing seasons.
