Inspection Required: The tenant has responded, they have a child under 11 years of age, but they didn't fill in a response about their window guard status.
No Response: The tenant has responded, but has not provided any information about children or window guards.
Installed: The tenant's window guards have been installed.
Repaired: The tenant's window guards have been repaired.
Lead Inspection Response Statuses
Required: The tenant has responded, they have a child under 6 years of age, and need a visual lead paint inspection.
Not Required: The tenant has responded
Undetermined: The tenant has responded, but has not answered whether they have a child under 6 years of age.
Inspected: A visual lead paint inspection has been completed.
