How To Log Individual Inspections/Attempts At A Unit

1. From the Property – Mailings page, you can select any individual unit by clicking on the line or the arrow to the right of the response. Please note - If you click the circle to the left on the unit record, it will let you quickly mark an attempt – not log a full inspection with details. 
2. On this page, you can see the full record for the unit:

From here, you can take a number of actions:

• Add a note
• Attach a file, including photos or videos
• Click “Record Attempt” to log an inspection with details (including lead paint, window guard, and other information).
• Scroll down to view and complete any associated Tasks that may have been assigned related to this record
