Bulk Triggering allows you to assign the same work to multiple buildings, units, or assets at the same time by triggering separate Workflows for each item.
You can schedule Workflows to be triggered on a regular basis or trigger workflows manually when unexpected events arise. For example, you can schedule annual grounds inspections across your entire portfolio, or you can manually trigger a workflow for snowstorm preparations for specific buildings when it's needed.
How to Bulk Trigger on Workflows
Bulk Triggering works in a few different ways. You can set up Workflows to trigger en masse when you first create a Workflow as a way to enforce a standard operating procedure through scheduling. This method should be used when you want to schedule work based on frequency like an annual grounds inspection.
Alternatively, you can trigger bulk Workflows manually whenever you need them. This method should be used to assign bulk work that can't be scheduled like storm preparation.
