InCheck Notifications help you stay informed for ongoing work without having to get an assigned task, or even having to log in.
Notifications are great for:
- Reviewing a copy of an inspection when it's completed
- Staying informed when a resident submits a request
- Getting updates when work is done
InCheck Notifications can be added to any Standard Operating Procedure, or can be standalone and automatically triggered from completed work, inspection results, or other actions taken by your team members.
Let's walk through adding a Notification to an existing Fall Grounds Inspection SOP:
- When creating or editing a Standard Operating Procedure, add an item to the Steps section (the second tab in your SOP creation window)
- Select "@ Notification"
- The name of the item will be the subject of your Notification email
- The details added to your item will be included in the body of the Notification email
- You can notify any roles, teams, individuals, or external email addresses
- Like any other Task, you can make Notifications dependent on the completion of other Tasks within the SOP
You can also create standalone Notifications that are automatically or manually triggered based on settings within the SOP.
Work can be triggered in your Desktop, or in the InCheck Mobile App:
Notifications will be sent out based on the settings in your SOP, and if/when work is completed.
Here's what the Notification looks like in our above example:
Recipients can click on the link to view the completed inspection report without having to log in, or having to have an InCheck account.
InCheck Notifications are currently available via email, and sent during non-overnight hours. Stay tuned for future updates to Notifications, and other automated InCheck features.
