How To Mark Response Attempts (Inspection Attempts) In Bulk Using the InCheck Mobile App

The InCheck Mobile App now lets you mark units as Attempted – Hand Delivered in bulk. This is similar to using the Smart Inspections Log – instead of marking and submitting paper, you can now denote any manual forms you’ve dropped off directly in the App. 

1. Navigate to your chosen property in the App directly from your Dashboard screen or by clicking the Hamburger Icon on the left and selecting Properties 
2. Once you’ve selected your property, you can access mailing information by scrolling down on the Property Dashboard, as shown below:

You can also click Mailings on the top of the screen. 

1. Here you’ll see all the mailing information for the current cycle at that property. 
2. You can select any units that have not yet logged a response by clicking the circle on the left. 
3. When you select at least one unit, you’ll see the option to Select All Units at the bottom. Clicking this button will select all units at the property that do not yet have a response. 
4. Clicking the blue Mark As Attempted button will ask you to confirm that you want to mark each unit as Attempted – Hand Delivered.
