Note: in order to view HPD information in your InCheck Mobile App, you'll need to ensure you have version v3.15.0 or higher installed. You can update the app to the latest available version via the App Store (iPhone) or Google Play (Android).
HPD Violation data for NYC properties can be found by navigating to a specific property or unit.
By property:
- Select a property from your home screen or by navigating to Menu > Properties and selecting a specific property.
- Select NYC Agencies in the top banner under the property address
Violations shown here will be for this specific property, but can be filtered by unit, class, and more.
By unit:
- Select a property from your home screen or by navigating to Menu > Properties and selecting a specific property.
- Select Units in the top banner under the property address
- Select a specific unit

By default, the violation listview page is filtered to show open violations only.
To view all HPD violations (including closed ones), click on the filter button and select the Show Removed Violations toggle.
From here, you can also filter by the following criteria:
- Date
- Select a Type, and a Range
- Types
- Reported Date
- Notice of Violation Date
- Certification Date
- Correct By Date
- Status Date
- Ranges
- Today
- Last 7 Days
- Last 30 Days
- Next 7 Days
- Next 30 Days
- Hazard Class
- Unit (if at the property level)
- Order
- Status
Once on the violations listview page, you can click into any violation to see more details, including a description and exact location in the building.
