If you're experiencing frequent errors while performing an inspection, you can reset your InCheck mobile app by logging out and logging back in using the below steps:
- Click the Hamburger Icon in the upper left-hand corner of your App (3 horizontal lines) and Click Settings:
- Click "Sign Out" at the bottom of the Settings page
- On the Home Screen, use your Username and Password to log back in
If you have any issues with your password, you can reset it here.
