How do I access the Form Builder?

Users can access the Form Builder in two ways:

By visiting Company > Form Builder

Or, by scrolling down the left side navigational tabs and clicking on InCheck Form Builder

Please note - the Form Builder can only be accessed by users at the InCheck Admin level. Users who do not have this level will not see either of the above options.
