How do I manage Multi-Questions?

Multi-Questions let you organize related questions together, which is especially useful for repeated items.

Multi Questions Rules:

  • You can add either 10 multiple choice questions OR 10 select one questions
  • You cannot mix types - all questions in a Multi Questions must be the same type
  • Keep options short (3-4 choices) so they fit on phone screens properly

Example Use Case:

Kitchen Appliances Multi-Question with Select One questions:

  • Refrigerator - Working properly? (Yes/No/Needs Repair)
  • Stove - Working properly? (Yes/No/Needs Repair)
  • Dishwasher - Working properly? (Yes/No/Needs Repair)
Make sure you have your questions created before you select and drag the Multi Question box into your form:
 
Then, drag the questions into the Multi Question wrapper:
 
This will allow your team members in the field to see all questions within a Multi-Question wrapper on a single screen, like this:
