What happens if I make changes to an existing form?

If you make certain changes to an existing form, it will impact future forms and may impact historical data:

Safe Changes You CAN Make:

✅ Adding new questions (won't affect old data) 

✅ Editing question text/descriptions 

✅ Adding new answer options 

✅ Changing required/optional settings

Risky Changes (duplicate the form first if you want to save recorded data):

❌ Deleting questions 

❌ Removing answer options 

❌ Changing question types (Select One -> Multiple Choice)
