How do I deactivate a form?

You can deactivate a form in two ways:

• By clicking on the green circle next to the Form (and turning it gray)

• By editing the form and toggling it OFF in the upper right hand corner. It’ll turn from green to gray.

Deactivating a form will prevent any new forms from being selected or filled out, but will preserve historical data for your future reference.
