To add tenants to your SiteCompli platform, you will need to add units to your properties. Please visit the following article on how to add units: Add or Modify Units in a Building
Once this step has been completed, please follow the below instructions.
How do I add a tenant to my account?
- Please visit the following page: https://clients.sitecompli.com/tenants/tenants
- Click on the Unit # or Tenant Name section:
- Select +Add Tenant:
- Enter the tenant details, indicate if this tenant is the Leaseholder, and click Save:
- The tenant information will now be saved and present in your account:
*Note, you can add multiple tenants to one unit.
How do I modify or delete a tenant from my account?
- Please visit the following page: https://clients.sitecompli.com/tenants/tenants
- Click on the Unit # or Tenant Name section:
- Click the Pencil Icon:
- You can either Modify the tenant details and save the changes OR you can click the Red Trash Icon to delete the tenant information:
*Please note, you can also submit rent rolls to your Customer Success Manager or SiteCompli Support to have your tenant information uploaded en-masse.
