Users that receive compliance alerts can add notes to associated records via email.
When you click the blue Add Note button on one of our compliance alerts, it will create a new email that will allow you to add your email message as a comment to the associated compliance record.
Once you send your comment as an email, it will appear as so:
Please note, any user with the Notes Alert enabled will be notified via email alert of this comment IF they are assigned to that property.
