Violation Ticket Images

You can download copies of OATH/ECB adjudicated violations and HPD violations by visiting the violation section of each NYC Agency.

Click on the [+] icon to drop down a violation record and navigate to the FILES section:

You will need to click Request Ticket Image to populate the violation ticket image

A violation ticket image PDF will populate (if publicly available in city records).

Please note, administratively issued DOB Violations found here: https://clients.sitecompli.com/dob/violations do not have violation ticket images.

Work Permit Copies

Similar to violation copies, you can download Work Permit copies found on this page: https://clients.sitecompli.com/dob/permits

Certificates of Occupancy

If available in city records, we also source copies of Certificates of Occupancy.
